
Cancellation Policy
Uh oh, can't make your appointment?
It’s part of my job to try to accommodate all of my amazing clients. I take pride in knowing you chose me as your hairstylist. At the same time, this is my career. This is how I make my money. A cancellation policy is something I need to implement while my clientele is growing rapidly. This policy is just to ensure that I have plenty of time to fill your appointment and plan accordingly. I am now implementing a 48 hour cancellation policy. This will give me ample time to adjust my schedule and plan accordingly. Failure to notify me of the cancellation within 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 25% cancellation fee being charged to your card on file. I have never had to use this feature because I have the best clients! However, I understand that sometimes things out of our control happen last minute. I will work with everyone as best I can. This is just to keep no show/ last minute cancellations to a minimum. Thank you for being amazing clients!
